The payment terminal can be connected to the APSi cash register system according to the following instructions (the terminal and cash register must be on the same local network):
- Assign a static IP address to the terminal's MAC address in the router settings. This can also be done in the Wi-Fi settings on the terminal, but we recommend changing the settings directly in the router interface.
- Turn off and restart the terminal. Check that it has connected to the network with the desired IP address.
- In the APSi app, select Settings > Local Parameters > Comgate Payment Terminal and fill in the relevant details according to the values displayed on your terminal.
- Test the connection using the "test terminal" button.
- You can also ask APSi support for user training or help with connecting the terminal.
