          The first step to accepting Benefit Plus meal vouchers is to register for the partner programme on the provider's website using this form.

          In section 4. Business premises of the services provided, the MID/TID of the premises or terminals in question must be entered. After completing the form, you will receive an online contract from the provider, after which the acceptance of meal vouchers will be activated.
