Use the "Cancel" feature to cancel the last transaction that was completed on the terminal.
Cancellation is performed, for example, in the following situations:
- The operator has entered an incorrect payment amount.
- The signature on the receipt does not match the signature on the back of the payment card.
- The cardholder has changed his mind about the purchase and has asked to cancel the payment.
- Select “Cancel” in the application menu
- Check the information shown on the display and after confirmation press “YES"
- After confirmation, the terminal will connect to the authorization center and complete the transaction.
- The terminal will show the result after receiving the response from the authorization server and print out the transaction receipt for the merchant at the same time. To print a transaction receipt for the customer press “Print”.
