Cancellation

Use the "Cancel" feature to cancel the last transaction that was completed on the terminal.

Cancellation is performed, for example, in the following situations:

  • The operator has entered an incorrect payment amount.
  • The signature on the receipt does not match the signature on the back of the payment card. 
  • The cardholder has changed his mind about the purchase and has asked to cancel the payment.
  1. Select “Cancel” in the application menu
  2. Check the information shown on the display and after confirmation press “YES" 
  3. After confirmation, the terminal will connect to the authorization center and complete the transaction. 
  4. The terminal will show the result after receiving the response from the authorization server and print out the transaction receipt for the merchant at the same time. To print a transaction receipt for the customer press “Print”.
