Ethernet/Hotspot Connection
N5 Fix
N5 Fix terminals can be connected to the Internet via an Ethernet cable. The port for the Ethernet cable is located on the bottom of the terminal.
Turn the display of the terminal face down.
Plug the cable into the connector.
Turn on the machine.
Go to Settings (gear wheel) on the desktop.
Select Ethernet.
Change the status from On to Off.
You can further change the static or dynamic address via Ethernet Configuration menu.
Nexgo N5 with hotspot dock
We do not currently offer these terminals. This guide is for existing clients who have requested this type of terminal in the past.
Plug the power cord into the connector labeled “USB”. Then insert the ethernet cable (internet connection) in the connector labelled “LAN / WAN”.
2. Place the terminal on the docking station and switch it on by pressing the button on the left side of the terminal. Once launched, you will see the Android interface, which is similar to one found on a mobile device.
3. Select Settings.
Select Wi-Fi connection.
5. Select the corresponding Wi-Fi network, named like e. g. NEXGO30DC-POS.
6. The password for this Wi-Fi is "nexgo300130".

NEXGO N5 with Ethernet Docking Station
We do not currently offer these terminals. This guide is for existing customers who have requested this type of terminal in the past.
Connect the cable to the Ethernet cable connector on the docking station.
Place the terminal on the docking station.
Turn on the terminal.
Go to Settings (gear wheel icon) on the desktop.
Select Ethernet.
Change the status from On to Off.
You can continue to change the static address or the dynamic address via the Ethernet Configuration menu.
The machine cannot be removed from the cradle or the Internet connection is lost.
