Instalment sale
Instalment sales allow e-shop customers to decide on the number and amount of instalments in which they will pay the purchase price. The merchant will receive a confirmation of payment immediately and we will also remit the full value of the order within the standard time.
We offer instalment sales in cooperation with Cofidis.
Cofidis

The customer can set the repayment period to 6, 12, 24 or 36 months.
Payment process from the payer's perspective
The payer first selects the Purchase by instalment method on the payment gateway.
In the next step, the payer selects Purchase in instalments (Cofidis Pay).
Most of the parameters from the e-shop order are automatically entered into the form. The customer fills in "Type of goods" and selects "Number of instalments" from the menu.
In the next step, the payer uploads a scan of the document (front and back) in .jpg or .png format with a maximum size of 5 MB.
The ID card data is loaded into the "Personal data" tab (not editable). The rest is filled in by the payer.
On the Income and Expenses tab, the payer fills in Source of income, Employed since, Working hours, Employer name, Employer ID, Net pay, Total monthly expenses and Number of dependent children.
The next step is to summarise the expenditure.
The following are consents to the Provision of a Copy of the OP, Processing of Personal Data and Consent to Disclosure of Personal Data.
If the request is approved, the payer will receive a confirmation. The payer then ticks a checkbox to confirm that he has read the document and the information matches. He signs the contract using the code from the SMS message.
The provider sends the signed contract documentation to the payer by email.
If the evaluation of the repayment request is unsuccessful, the payer will go back to the payment gateway interface where they can choose another payment method.
