Payment Reminder

The payment reminder is used to remind the customer of an outstanding order. You can do this by using the payment link.

The payment link for a specific payment can be found in the Client Portal in the transaction overview and in the details of the individual payment itself.

You can use the link when communicating with the customer about completing the payment.
