To activate the acceptance of meal vouchers on the terminal, please contact the provider first. Negotiate the terms and conditions with them and sign the contract. The procedure can be found below.
Change of name
As of January 2024, Sodexo will be renamed Pluxee.
Registration
In order to accept Pluxee e-vouchers, it is necessary to enter into a contract with Pluxee. This can be done via the following link.
Once the contract has been successfully concluded, you will be able to manage your account via the Pluxee Partner Portal.
Creating a new store
After successful contracting, you need to create a new store in your Pluxee Partner Portal. It contains details about store where you will accept Pluxee products.

Terminal activation
The terminal must be activated in order for Pluxee cards to be accepted. To do this, you need to know the terminal's TID. This can be found on the NEXGO terminal in the main menu of the Switchio Pay payment application in the Terminal ID line (in the form NEXGXXXX or GTXXXXXX).

If you are changing the terminal at your store, simply enter the TID of the new terminal.
