Connection to Pohoda Cash Register System

It is possible to connect the payment terminal with the Pohoda SW cash system under the following conditions.

If SW Pohoda is installed on a local PC, you can connect it to the payment terminal provided that the PC and the terminal are connected to the same local network.

If SW Pohoda is installed on a remote server (in the cloud), the connection to the local network must be ensured, e.g. by means of a VPN in cooperation with the hosting administration.

For the connection you need to enter the IP address and port number, you can find these data on the terminal according to the screenshot below.

mKasa App

Together with the SW Pohoda, the terminal can also be used with the mKasa application. It can be installed either on a tablet or directly in the terminal.

• When installing the mKasa application on a tablet, it is necessary that both devices are connected to the same local network, then mKasa on the tablet communicates with the terminal as a classic cash register system.
• When the mKasa app is installed on a payment terminal, posting takes place directly on the terminal. If you wish to install the application on the terminal, please contact our customer support. 

The mKasa application can be connected to the terminal's integrated printer and print a receipt for cash payments. Instructions for linking from the Stormware developer can be found here.
