Edenred Meal Vouchers

The first step is to register on the edenred.cz website.

Then log in to your account on edenred.cz, click on "New Contract" and follow the instructions. Fill in your contact details, select the types of Edenred cards you want to accept and agree to the terms and conditions. Edenred's partner department will approve the contract if it is in order, thus concluding the contractual relationship. If there is anything that needs to be added or corrected in the contract, the customer service department will contact you to sort it out.

Acceptance procedure

You can start accepting Edenred meal vouchers and cards immediately after signing the contract. If you accept payments via Ticket Restaurant Cards and Edenred Benefits Cards, please always inform customer service if you change or buy a new terminal and disclose its MID code. We will let you know the MID code (merchant ID) when activating the Comgate payment terminal. Activation is required for every terminal. Activation occurs remotely, but without it, card payment using the terminal is not possible.

New MID activation

MID activation can be done over the phone. Simply by calling +420 234 662 340. In the IVR, first choose number 3 (existing partner) and then 7 (other questions). Tell the operator that you need to activate a new MID. Simply state your company identification number and the name of the company. Next, the operator will check the MID you have already entered. If the operator does not find the new MID in the list, you will have to tell them. Activation will occur on the following day.
