        Apple Pay

The terminal accepts contactless payments using Apple Pay. The customer needs to have a compatible device (iPhone models with Touch ID except iPhone 5s, iPhone models with Face ID, Apple Watch Series 1 and later). Then load a credit or debit card that supports Apple Pay in the Apple Wallet app.

On iPhone models with Face ID, the customer can double-tap the side button or tap the default card to see a list of stored cards and select the one they want to use. He or she then holds the top of the iPhone near the contactless reader until Done and a check mark symbol appear on the phone's display.

On iPhone models with Touch ID, the customer presses the desktop button twice. The next step is similar.

On Apple Watch, the customer presses the side button twice. If he/she wants to select a tab other than the default, he/she scrolls down. He/she then holds the Apple Watch display near the contactless reader until he/she feels a tap and hears a beep.

From the merchant's perspective, the Apple Pay payment process is the same as paying by card.

        Google Pay

The terminal accepts contactless payments using Google Pay. The customer needs a mobile phone with Android OS version Lollipop 5.0 and higher, which supports NFC, or a smartwatch with Wear OS 2 and later. The device then needs to have the Google Wallet app installed and a card stored in it that supports Google Pay payments.

If a customer wants to pay with their phone, they must have NFC enabled. In the store, the phone wakes and unlocks, then brings the back of the phone close to the contactless reader terminal for a few seconds. If prompted to authenticate (e.g. enter a PIN), follow the instructions on the phone screen.

If the customer is paying with a smartwatch, he or she launches the Google Pay app on the smartwatch, puts the watch screen close to the contactless reader and holds it until he or she feels a vibration or hears a confirmation sound. If the watch prompts, the customer selects the Credit option, regardless of the type of card used. For debit card transactions, the customer may be prompted to enter the PIN of the selected card.

From the merchant's perspective, the Google Pay payment process is the same as a card payment.

        Garmin Pay

The terminal accepts contactless payments using Garmin Pay. Customers need a compatible Garmin smartwatch and a card issued by one of the supported banks.

The customer paying with the smartwatch launches the Garmin Pay app on the smartwatch. When prompted for a PIN, he or she enters it and holds the watch display up to the contactless reader. He then waits for the watch display to return to the home screen.

From the merchant's perspective, the Garmin Pay payment process is the same as a credit card payment.

        Fitbit Pay

The terminal accepts contactless payments using Fitbit Pay. To make a payment, the customer needs a compatible Fitbit smartwatch or fitness band and a card that supports Fitbit Pay.

A customer paying with a Fitbit device swipes down on the device and selects to launch the Payments app. If prompted for a PIN, he or she enters it and puts his or her wrist to the contactless reader. He then waits until the device vibrates and a payment confirmation appears on his display.

From the merchant's perspective, the Fitbit Pay payment process is the same as a credit card payment.
