You can use the payment link when a customer places an order via email, chat, phone or other means outside your e-shop or when you need to modify an order that has already been placed.
You generate the link in the client portal under Payment > New Payment. You can then send it to the customer via email, chat, messenger or even SMS. The customer can then use it to access the payment interface of the payment gateway to make the payment.
You will be notified about the payment's successful completion via email or the API protocol, if you requested this option when generating the payment link.
