To activate the acceptance of meal vouchers on the terminal, please contact the provider first. Negotiate the terms and conditions with them and sign the contract. The procedure can be found below.
Acceptance of the electronic Gastro Pass CARD from Sodexo is activated using the following instructions. If you do not yet have a contract with Sodexo, the best course of action is to register on the site as a partner. After logging in, click on the link: “I want to accept Gastro Pass CARDS or Flexi Pass Cards”
The product selection page displays the terms and conditions, which are then reflected in the contract. Follow the instructions and complete all the necessary information. The next steps contain the important "Add a payment device" form. The form looks like this:
It is essential to select the line with ČSOB. The terminal TID (terminal number) serves as the device identification. We will inform you of the TID when activating the payment terminal. These steps will be sufficient for identification and subsequent activation. You will then have all the documentation online in your profile on the Sodexo website (in the Contract section).
If you are going to replace a terminal or have already replaced it, please send its TID, contract number and the address of the establishment (if you have more than one establishment) to info.partner@sodexo.com. You can set up your new terminal in the Sodexo partner portal.
