Connection to the Softapp Cash Register System

The Comgate payment terminal can be connected to Softapp's DMS Klient, this connection can be used when issuing a receipt for payment by card and when issuing an invoice with a form of payment by card, where no cash document is generated. 

If the terminal is linked to the DMS Client, the operator only enters the payment amount into the DMS, which sends it to the terminal. After the payment is made, the assigned transaction code is automatically transferred back from the terminal to the system.

Connection settings

The terminal can be connected to the DMS Client by entering its IP address. The condition is that the terminal and the PC with the system are connected on the same local network. Softapp charges a fee for connecting to the payment terminal; to activate it, please contact its sales department at obchod@softapp.cz.
