Payment methods
Card payments – the most common payment method, used by approximately 80% of customers. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro.
Apple Pay – payment using a card virtualized into the Apple Wallet. The service is displayed to users of Apple devices with Safari browser.
Google Pay – payment with a card stored in Google Wallet. It is displayed on compatible devices.
Bank transfers – transfers between bank accounts without the need for a credit card. payment gateway allows PSD2 payments, online bank transfers, QR payments and bank transfers without instant confirmation.
Deferred payments – the e-shop customer has the option to buy immediately, pay later. Deferred payment for up to 30 days is interest free. The e-shop will receive the funds immediately after the purchase.
Payments in three instalments without any increase – the customer can spread the payment for the purchase into three monthly instalments without any fee. The e-shop will receive the full amount immediately.
Instalment sales – the customer can choose the number and amount of each installment according to the provider's terms. The e-shop receives the full amount immediately.
PayPal – it is an international online payment system that allows people and businesses to send and receive payments over the internet.

Currencies and languages – The payment gateway accepts 9 currencies and is localized into 24 languages.
Payment expiry – Set an expiration time of the payment so that the customer can comfortably complete it and the product is not blocked in stock.
Inline payment gateway – Display the payment gateway in the cart or in a pop-up window over the e-shop page.
Recurring payments – Useful for subscriptions or for recurring service fees from the customers‵ cards
Payment link – For orders placed via e-mail, phone, chat or other way outside of the e-shop, or for changing an already placed order.
Preauthorization – Can temporarily block an amount on a customer‵s card for booking or other reasons pre-sale.
Refund – Full or partial refunds for the goods returned by a customer within a statutory time limit or for complaints.
Payment restart – Reduces the number of unfinished orders. If the payment is not completed, the customer can attempt to pay again and choose another payment method if needed.
Cancel payment – You can cancel a duplicate payment.
Payment reminder – Send a payment reminder via e-mail or SMS with a link to the unfinished payment.
Accommodation Portal Cards – At the gate, it is possible to pay with the cards of accommodation portals such as Booking, Expedia, Agoda or Mastercard B2B Travel.
Customized gateway design – Customize the design of the payment gateway to match your brand. We will configure the logo or background according to your preferences free of charge.
Card memorization – Upon completing the payment, the customer can opt to save card details for future visits.
Passing on the fee (Surcharge) – The gateway allows a portion of the transaction fee for unregulated payment cards to be transferred to the payer (purchaser), thereby reducing the fee paid by the merchant (seller).
Notifications for Payers – Payer email notifications (messages) keep your customer informed of the status of their payment. Their main purpose is to increase the success rate of completing payments.
