If your cash register system is conncted to your company's local wi-fi network, log into the it either directly using the cash register system touchpad or on any of your computers, laptops or mobile phones connected to the same wi-fi network as the cash register at the web address "krindypindy.local". This address will be pasted into the address bar of your browser.
Go to Settings and click on the Terminal tab.
Click on Add Terminal and enter:
Terminal name: e.g. My Terminal
Type: COMGATE
Device address: e.g. http://192.168.1.7
Enter the IP ADDRESS of the terminal on your local network including http:// in the device address. It is necessary that the terminal has a static IP address set in the router on your network, i.e. the IP address does not tend to change dynamically over time. Consult your network administrator or a KrindyPindy system engineer about this.

After confirmation, the terminal is added to the list of payment terminals. Check its status there. If everything is OK, the status of the terminal will be green with the text Online. If it is red with the status Offline, you have entered an item incorrectly or the terminal is not connected to the same network as the POS system.
