Login to the Portal

Security

You can be logged in with one set of login credentials on multiple devices (e.g. on a phone and on a PC).

However, never share your access credentials (username and password) with other persons. This represents a security risk.

If you need other people to manage the Client Portal as well, you can create their own individual access credentials.

Login Credentials

After signing the agreement, you will receive an email with a link containing access details to the Client Portal, which is available at portal.comgate.cz.

You can also try the demo version of the Client Portal.

Two-Factor Authentication

The Client Portal contains sensitive data and is therefore protected by two-factor authentication.

When logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to enter your username and password.

Each subsequent login will require entering your password and then an authentication code, which will be sent to the email address you selected for logging into the portal. The code is valid for 10 minutes.

The option Remember this browser is selected by default; if necessary, you can disable this function.

You can enter the authentication code into the field in the Client Portal or click the link in the email that was sent to you with the authentication code. This will log you into the Client Portal.

Authentication Email Not Delivered

If you did not receive the login link by email, first check your SPAM (junk mail) folder.

If the login email is not in any folder, you can request it to be resent by clicking the Resend email button.

If the email is not delivered even after three attempts, the Client Portal will offer the option to send an SMS with the authentication code.

For this reason, it is always necessary to enter a phone number when creating new access credentials for additional users.

If neither the email with the link nor the SMS is repeatedly delivered, please contact our customer support.

Forgotten Password

You can reset a forgotten password using this link or by clicking the Forgotten password button in the Client Portal login window. After entering your email address, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password, where you can set a new password for access.
