Meal Vouchers/Benefit Cards

Payment terminals accept electronic meal voucher/benefit cards. Contact the specific meal voucher/benefit card provider directly after entering into a contract with Comgate to activate this payment method. You will negotiate the terms and conditions with them and sign a cooperation agreement.

The process of making the meal voucher/benefit cards operational at the terminal may vary from provider to provider. Most of them require a terminal number (called a terminal ID) to activate the service. This can be found on the terminal in the main menu of the Switchio Pay payment application in the Terminal ID line (in the form NEXGXXXX or GTXXXX).
